2010-2011 Memberships
Members have access to three programmes, once per week, throughout the season:
Power Skating: Once/week after-school power skating sessions, with a maximum class size of 5, will allow players to improve their acceleration, agility, quickness and speed throughout the season.
Morning Skates: Once per week, members can participate in an unstructured, supervised morning skate. The main focus is for each player to work on areas his coach, or his skating instructor have identified for him, or wherever he/she thinks he needs to improve. Instructors are present, and available to answer questions and give advice.
Dryland Training: Once per week, players will participate in a dryland session, appropriate to their age, fitness and ability levels. Classes are led by expert kinesiologists.
